Procedure
You can order your product safely via Paypal. You will be redirected after your purchase to a page with a button (it says: IMPORTANT: click here to download your product!). If you miss that button somehow please don't worry: you will receive at the same time a mail from us with download instructions.
Please note the maximum of download attempts as well as the limit of hours of your available download time. This has been implemented because of security reasons.
If anything would go wrong, just send us a mail using our contact form.
Important: please check your email data twice in the purchase procedure before clicking on the buy now button!
In the menu left you can make your choice for the VST or Kontakt version.
Please be sure to have read the specifications/requirements and checked compatibity on your system before purchasing a product from Musesamples.
We cannot issue refunds once your payment via Paypal has been made and has reached us. Please make sure before ordering one of these items that the product meets your needs.
